Zachary B. Vance, DMD

Dr. Vance pursued his undergraduate studies at Wake Forest University, where he laid the foundation for his dental career. He then attended the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his DMD degree. During his educational journey, he exhibited exceptional dedication and was recognized as an Eagle Scout and a Ledford Scholar for his outstanding achievements.

The decision to specialize in general dentistry was an intuitive one for Dr. Vance. He was drawn to the diverse range of procedures it entails and the opportunity to forge lasting connections with his patients. For him, the human aspect of dentistry is of utmost importance. Dr. Vance’s passion lies in full mouth rehabilitation, allowing him to provide comprehensive and personalized dental care to his patients. His expertise spans a wide variety of procedures, making him well-suited for the dynamic challenges that general dentistry presents.

Dr. Vance’s favorite aspect of his profession is the people. He cherishes the opportunity to connect with his patients and get to know them and their families. Building these meaningful relationships is what brings him joy and fulfillment in his work. Dr. Vance’s goal is to create lasting bonds with his patients and tailor each visit to their individual goals and concerns. He views dental care as an integral part of leading a healthy life and is committed to providing support, education, and motivation during every visit.

Dr. Vance is grateful for the loyalty and trust of patients during the practice transition. Knowing that his patients have chosen to continue their dental care under his guidance fills him with a sense of honor and gratitude.

Beyond his dental practice, Dr. Vance enjoys indulging in various hobbies and spending quality time with his family. He has a passion for woodworking and relishes the challenges of restoring his late 1800s farmhouse. He also loves mountain biking and embracing the great outdoors with his wife and growing family.

Dr. Vance and his wife have been happily married for seven years and are devoted parents to their 5-year-old son, Benjamin, and their 2-year-old son, Rhys, and eagerly await the arrival of their third child, a little girl. His wife previously worked for a ministry called A Place for the Heart up until their second son was born, and still works to uphold the ministry’s mission of glorifying God and spreading love within the community.

Both Dr. Vance and his wife hail from Statesville, North Carolina, but have found a true sense of belonging in Asheboro. He admires the fervor for life and a strong sense of community that characterizes the area.
